Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Business Development Managers to drive deposit mobilization and loan/investment sales across multiple asset classes:

• SME Loans
• Term Loans
• LPO Financing
• Invoice Discounting
• Contract Finance
• Lease Finance.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree or equivalent qualification with 5–7 years’ experience
• MUST have prior experience in a Financial Institution (Commercial Bank or Finance Company)
• Strong Sales, Marketing, Negotiation & Communication skills
• Proven track record in Investments & Loans
• Age: ≤ 35 years

Compensation & Benefits

• Net Salary: N850,000 Monthly (Negotiable)
