Business Development Managers - 5 positions

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 - 7 years
- Location Abuja , Lagos
- City Victoria Island
- Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Business Development Managers to drive deposit mobilization and loan/investment sales across multiple asset classes:
- SME Loans
- Term Loans
- LPO Financing
- Invoice Discounting
- Contract Finance
- Lease Finance.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree or equivalent qualification with 5–7 years’ experience
- MUST have prior experience in a Financial Institution (Commercial Bank or Finance Company)
- Strong Sales, Marketing, Negotiation & Communication skills
- Proven track record in Investments & Loans
- Age: ≤ 35 years
Compensation & Benefits
- Net Salary: N850,000 Monthly (Negotiable)
- Monthly airtime allowance
- Pool cars for business movement
- Performance-based incentives.
