    Executive Assistant

    Job Summary

    The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and office support tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the organization. The role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Details

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing and reviewing emails, drafting memos, and handling communications on behalf of the MD.
    • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, exercising discretion in handling sensitive information.
    • Proactively coordinate, monitor, and manage the MD’s appointments and diary, prioritizing critical matters and ensuring smooth scheduling.
    • Arrange and oversee complex domestic and international travel plans.
    • Maintain a professional reception area, ensuring efficient telephone and mail communications internally and externally.
    • Handle document management tasks, including transcription, proofreading, filing, organizing, scanning, copying, and faxing.
    • Manage the MD’s personal itinerary, including scheduling meals and refreshments, coordinating personal visits, and managing family celebrations and events.
    • Oversee the efficient operation of the MD’s office, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and maintaining adequate office supplies and equipment.
    • Process invoices and expense claims for the MD, ensuring compliance with policies and timely processing.
    • Collate and analyze data to prepare reports, presenting findings, analyses, and actionable recommendations to the MD.
    • Address information requests, collaborate on projects, and produce statistical and ad hoc reports to support the MD's goals.
    • Conduct market and industry research, maintaining a robust database of relevant data for strategic use.
    • Foster a culture of excellent customer service in alignment with the MD’s objectives.
    • Support officers in organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings or events, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Record and distribute minutes of meetings as needed.
    • Safeguard clients’ and organizational confidentiality at all times.
    • Lead and coordinate ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the MD.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

    Human Resources Officer

    Job Summary

    As Human Resources Officer, you will support the development, implementation, and administration of HR initiatives and policies across various functions, including compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.

    Job Details

    •  Support the development and implementation of comprehensive people management strategy and plans, with focus on ensuring alignment with the company’s business strategy and mission critical business objectives. 
    • Support the continuous utilization of the company’s Performance Management framework in accurately assessing staff performance against agreed metrics and determining critical development needs.
    • Engage productively with Heads of Business Units/Departments to develop Key Performance indicators (KPIs) for different job roles in the company and agree measurable annual performance targets.
    • Work with the Head, Human Resources to define and maintain a competitive and merit-based compensation system to support company’s strategy to become an employer of choice for quality talent.
    • Plan and direct programs relating to compensation and benefits, including policies, objectives, initiatives and the overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of these programs.
    • Ensure timely and effective administration of monthly payroll and statutory remittances – Pensions, NHF, Taxes. 
    • Support recruitment process review and work with other team members to develop a recruitment strategy, which builds upon employer brand.
    • Conduct various employee welfare and engagement initiatives and employee relations communication for employees as required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a numerical field
    • Minimum of 2 years' Human Resources experience with experience in payroll management.
    • Related professional certification is an added advantage

    Finance Operations Analyst

    Job Summary

    The Finance Operations Analyst will support investment operations functions, including booking, reconciliation, investment accounting, etc.

    Responsibilities

    • Liaise with counterparties such as Custodian, Brokers, to ensure the smooth processing of transactions and reconciliation of position.
    • Ensure timely and error-free execution of all orders (Subscriptions & Redemptions) and strict adherence to mandate details including rates/ tenors, payment of interests.
    • Processing of client daily maturities for payment or reinvestment.
    • Reconcile monthly activities, generating year-end reports, and submitting same to management.
    • Manage bank accounts to ensure sufficient liquid funds.
    • Ensure proper guidance, feedback and prompt treatment of clients requests.
    • Ensure all clients documentations for account opening, subscription and redemptions are accurate and complete before requests are processed.
    • Ensure clients’ investment letters and certificates are sent immediately after transactions have been executed

    Qualifications

    • 2 years Finance Operation management experience preferably in the Asset Management or Commercial Banking industry.
    • Good knowledge of the Capital market and its operations.
    • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

    Digital Infrastructure Support Officer

    Job Summary

    As Digital Infrastructure Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for a full range of business technology, including computer systems (hardware and software), network infrastructure, telecommunications circuits, mobile devices, telephone systems, audio-visual equipment and specialized business applications in addition to supporting and implementing applications, process automation support and business requirements gathering/analysis.

    • Providing support to internal users
    • Resolving technology challenges as they arise
    • End-user training

    • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
    • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
    • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
    • Setting up accounts for new users
    • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in digital infrastructure support, server administration, and network management.
    • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with knowledge of cloud computing and application support.
    • Excellent communication skills for end-user support and training.
    • Experience as an Microsoft 365 Administrator
