    Road Engineer

    Location: Ode-Remo, Ogun

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Road Engineer to plan, design, supervise, and maintain road construction and rehabilitation projects.
    • The successful candidate will ensure that all road works are executed in line with approved designs, specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Plan, design, and supervise road construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance works.

    • Interpret and implement approved road designs, drawings, and specifications.
    • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
    • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
    • Ensure proper earthworks, drainage, pavement layers, and asphalt/concrete works.

    Added Advantage:

    • Professional certification or registration (e.g., COREN, NSE).
    • Experience working on highways, estate roads, or urban road networks.
    • Knowledge of asphalt, concrete, and soil stabilization techniques.

    Location: Ode-Remo, Ogun

    • We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Officer with strong real estate experience to manage legal matters relating to land acquisition, property documentation, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
    • The successful candidate will ensure that all property transactions and company operations comply with applicable laws while minimizing legal risks.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle all legal matters relating to land acquisition, property transactions, and real estate development.
    • Conduct due diligence on land and property documents, including C of O, Deed of Assignment, Survey Plans, and Governor’s Consent.
    • Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MOUs, leases, and sale documents.
