    Business to Business Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • We are on the lookout for a Business to Business Sales Executive who is the key point of contact between our Client and its clients.
    • He/She will answer queries and offer advice as well as introduce products/services.
    • The main objective of this role is to identify sales pportunities.

    Responsibilities

    • Identifying business opportunities by checking on prospects and evaluating their positions in the industry
    • Organizing customer sales visits
    • Demonstrating and presenting products/services to customers.
    • Researching and analyzing sales options.
    • Selling products/services by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects and also recommending solutions to customers.
    • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
    • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results needed.
    • Any other duty assigned by the Head of Sales/Commercial Director

    Competency/Skill/Requirements

    • Degree / Higher Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any related subject
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • 2 years proven experience in sales
    • Good communication skills
    • Excellent customer care skills
    • Excellent leadership and managerial skills

    Accounts Clerk

    Location: Yaba, Lagos

    Description

    • We are looking to hire an  Accounts Clerk who will have  the responsibility of providing day-to-day accounting operation, support and control for the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Keep accurate records of all daily transactions
    • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Prepare invoices
    • Process invoices and claims and ensure proper authorization
    • Update internal systems with financial data
    • Reconcile bank statements; track deposits and payments
    • Maintain bank balance information
    • Suggest ways to reduce costs
    • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
    • Any other duties/roles that would be assigned to him by Management from time to time.

    Competency /Requirements

    • The Accounts Clerk must possess a BSc. or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from an accredited institution with at least 2 years relevant work experience or an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) with at least 5 years relevant work experience.

    Skills:

    • Must be highly skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets;
    • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Must be able to handle time-sensitive tasks
    • Good level of oral and written communication skills.

    HR / Business Development Consultant

    Description

    • We are looking for an HR consultant. This individual will be responsible for driving key business initiatives that will drive client relationships while helping to drive revenues in HR services.
    • The individual must have prior work experience in a small to a medium-sized organization; with expertise in HR processes, recruitment, and training

    Responsibilities

    • Must have HR skills and have a minimum of 2 years practice in HR-related function
    • Must have a can-do and entrepreneurial spirit
    • Must be able to work in a growing company and willing to contribute to its growth.
    • Must be target oriented
    • Must be able to work without supervision
    • Having an HR certification will be an added advantage.
