    Accountant (Graduate)

    Description 
    We seek to engage the services of:

    • Young Accounting Graduate (NEX-ACC-003) who will be responsible for the data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and preparing budgets and reports.

    The role will include:

    • Providing support to the Accounting Department.
    • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
    • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
    • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
    • Preparing financial reports.
    • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • An HND in Accounting from a recognized Polytechnics
    • 1 - 2 years’ experience in accounting.
    • Familiarity with any accounting software will be a plus
    • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
    • Experience in the use of Tally will be an added advantage
    • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
    • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.

    Management & Strategy Consultant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic advice to clients to help them achieve their business objectives.
    • Recommend changes in organizational structure or culture to align with strategic goals.
    • Conduct research and gather data to understand clients' needs better.
    • Develop and implement plans for new products, services, technology, or marketing campaigns.
    • Identify and analyze organizational challenges and provide tailored solutions.
    • Conduct feasibility studies for project success evaluation.
    • Build and cultivate client relationships at the management and executive levels.
    • Develop long-term growth strategies and identify opportunities and risks.
    • Implement business plans and goals.
    • Lead teams and ensure effective service delivery.
    • Analyse financial statements and performance reports.
    • Provide leadership to lower-level staff.
    • Contribute to the fiscal viability of the unit by meeting revenue targets.

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Meet defined financial targets and business goals.
    • Manage multiple engagements and projects efficiently.
    • Develop and cultivate client relationships.
    • Direct, coordinate, and manage profitability of engagements.
    • Assist in recruitment and selection of human resources.
    • Provide necessary training for subordinates.
    • Provide leadership to all lower-level staff.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in relevant fields with 5 - 7 years work experience.
