    Waitress

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive
    • Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer customer questions
    • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
    • Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally
    • Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
    • Clear and reset tables between guests
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
    • Process customer payments (cash, POS, or card) accurately

    Requirements
