    Chief Operating Officer (COO)

    Job Summary

    What You Bring

    Brand Manager

    Summary

    • We are looking for an experienced and sophisticated female professional to join Montaigne Place as a Brand Manager.
    • The ideal candidate must have a strong background in brand marketing, excellent presence, and poise.
    • She must have previous experience working in a brand marketing agency and be skilled in brand positioning, market research, and executing marketing campaigns.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Formulate brand’s long-term strategy to effectively reach customers
    • Responsible for 360degree marketing communications plan & tactics covering ATL, BTL, Digital and Influencer marketing
    • Oversees the brand’s marketing life cycle
    • Manages day-to-day progress of product marketing planning and execution
    • Maintains brand integrity across product lines, advertising,digital ` and all other internal and external communication as it pertains to assigned brand
    • Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, editorial, marketing, design, and operations to execute specific marketing plans
    • Conducts market research and identifies and tracks market trends
    • Define and manage the brand’s advertising and promotion strategies
    • Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends and general market drivers
    • Advise management of competitive pricing, promotions, sales trends and other competitive activity as well as a reasonable action plan
    • Ensure all sales team members are well trained and knowledgeable about brand
    • Provide monthly brand reports & updates to management

    Brand Ambassador

    • This role requires an individual with poise, elegance, and deep product knowledge who can serve as the face and voice of the assigned brand.
    • The Brand Ambassador is responsible for driving sales revenue, increasing brand visibility, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with the brand’s identity and Montaigne Place’s standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the dedicated representative for the assigned brand, consistently embodying its values and aesthetics.
    • Drive sales and ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded for the assigned brand.
    • Provide expert-level knowledge and compelling storytelling to educate customers about brand products and their unique benefits.
    • Deliver tailored product recommendations and consultations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Ensure the assigned brand’s merchandise is well-stocked, properly displayed, and merchandised according to guidelines.
    • Monitor and analyze the brand’s sales trends and customer feedback, providing insights to outlet and brand managers.
    • Participate in in-store promotions, brand campaigns, and product launches, coordinating with the outlet and marketing teams.
    • Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, offering personalized follow-up and exceptional service.
    • Handle customer concerns and inquiries related to the brand with professionalism and care.
    • Act as a role model in grooming, comportment, and service excellence.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND/BSc in any discipline.
    • At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or hospitality.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Poised, confident, and well-groomed with a warm, professional demeanor.
    • Passionate about luxury beauty, skincare, and fragrance.
    • Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.
    • Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn quickly.
    • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and retail peak hours.
