    CS OTC Specialist

    Job Description

    • You will be responsible for order modification and allocation of available stock to customer orders when stock is constrained, delivering against service and fill rate targets.

    Responsibilities
    You will:

    • Manage the order fulfilment process, respecting the customer segment and channel mix
    • Balance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross-functional alignment
    • Use appropriate tools and processes such as availability checks and stock allocation rules
    • Effectively manage new product introductions and product withdrawals to maximize sales and to minimize write-offs

    What you need to know about this position:

    • Customers' account management.
    • Stock Allocation in low inventory situation.
    • Material and Customer Master setup and maintenance
    • Customer development and management to ensure they meet designated monthly target.
    • Analyzing critical data and trends in customer purchases and behavioral patterns to support forecasting, planning and support business decision making.
    • Supporting the Commercial Finance Team in the Bill to Cash Processes with emphasis on customer risk/credit control; deductions; collections and reconciliations
    • Follow up with other teams to ensure that Customer's re-imbursement is done as at when due.
    • Track the monthly Customer's targets by frequent conversations with the sales Team on the actual sales, balance to go, payments expected.
    • Daily discussion with the Customers to track the issues- what issues have been resolved, pending issues and others challenges he/she is facing to ensure that all Customers receive BIC Customer service.
    • Closely Monitor orders versus SKU's available and plan for gap closing measures.
    • Sales Analysis and reporting to Internal stakeholders daily.
    • Support delivery of net revenue growth by ensuring no loss of revenue due to oversight on Customer's payments and all orders are rightly captured.

    Educational Qualification / Certifications

    • A good First B.Sc Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized tertiary institution.
    • Knowledge in computer application.
    • Knowledge or experience in principles of supply chain management as this position serves to satisfy customer orders in the Order to Cash (OTC) cycle.

    Job specific requirements:

    • At least 3 years working experience with the last 2 in a similar position.

    Job Description

    • As expert you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. 
    • You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.

    Responsibilities
    You will:

    • Partner & Enable the line leader(s) to deliver the SQCDSM targets-Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale for the lines, to ensure Process stability; Participates in the DMS- Daily Management systems meetings at the shift and line level
    • Own the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment and process and have deep technical mastery of the process and equipment; Owns the PM-Progressive maintenance systems and work processes and the PM-Progressive Maintenance Key Performance Indicators for the line/s along with Centerline Management systems; owns the R&M-Repairs & Maintenance budget of the line
    • Develop, own and execute the line/s preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans and build capability of the team to execute themselves; Build (spends at least 50% of time) technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, so that they are able to operate and maintain their equipment themselves;  be part of the PM Pillar, own all PM systems and work process at the line level and lead some of them at the department level
    • Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks; be responsible for Change Management on the line/s, localization of spares and proper break-down analysis and R&M cost reduction for the line/s; Represents the department/line/s as the site technology owner in the regional and global technology forums
    • Assist in VSU for the new initiatives and enable the VSU team; Help the line leader in internal and external benchmarking and reapplication; be the subject matter expert on one of the component categories and be a trainer of PM related subjects for the plant.

    Educational Qualification / Certifications

    • OND or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical or ElectroMechanical Engineering

    • The capability to lead a Role for the Line. Qualify and coach the next level SWP owners and drive the common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach
    • The capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for the members, coaching team members on their performance management and career development

    • What extra ingredients will you bring: Experience in the Manufacturing/FMCG Industry, Experience working in a Boiler House, on Air Compressor Equipment, Water Supply Systems & Utility. Hands-on experience with MS Excel. Knowledge of IL6S will be a plus.
