    Legal and Compliance Officer (Data Protection Officer)

    Key Responsibilities
    Compliance Duties:

    • Assist in monitoring and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and controls in line with regulatory requirements
    • Support the preparation and submission of reports to regulatory authorities
    • Monitor customer onboarding and KYC/AML processes to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards
    • Maintain and update the compliance risk register
    • Track regulatory developments and assist in internal awareness and training initiatives.

    Data Protection Duties:

    • Serve as the company’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) under applicable laws
    • Monitor data processing activities to ensure compliance with data protection legislation
    • Conduct periodic privacy audits and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs)
    • Respond to data subject access requests and support incident/breach response efforts
    • Contribute to internal training and awareness campaigns on data privacy and security

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
    • 0-4 years of relevant work or internship experience in compliance, legal, data protection, or regulatory affairs
    • Familiarity with fintech products, services, and regulatory landscape is a plus
    • Basic understanding of data protection principles under NDPA and GDPR.
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Multimedia Content Designer (Graphics, Photography & Video)

    Key Responsibilities
    Content Development Support:

    • Design slide decks, infographics, and visual aids for eLearning modules or instructor- led sessions.
    • Create visually engaging templates for learning materials (workbooks, job aids, facilitator guides, learning carousels and other similar learning aids).
    • Assist in designing digital course assets (icons, banners, interactive elements, logos).

    eLearning Production:

    • Support in building courses using tools like Articulate Storyline, Canva, or similar
    • tools.
    • Format and upload multimedia (audio, video, animations) into LMS courses.
    • Create SCORM-compatible packages from visual/storyboard drafts.
    • Assist with simple animation or transitions for explainer videos.

    Storyboarding & Instructional Design Assistance:

    • Help turn raw content or scripts into storyboard mock-ups using visual design principles.
    • Convert LXD Manager’s course plans into visual wireframes or rough layouts.
    • Assist with mapping learning journeys visually (e.g., learner pathways or curriculum roadmaps).

    Quality Assurance & Testing:

    • Review course visuals for consistency with brand/style guidelines.
    • Perform visual QA on SCORM courses and identify design bugs or layout issues.
    • Test how designs display across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

    Asset & File Management:

    • Organize and maintain a library of design files, course templates, and media assets.
    • Help manage and update visual elements across multiple course versions.

    Communication & Branding:

    • Ensure all learning materials align with the company’s brand guidelines.
    • Design promotional graphics for learning campaigns or internal L&D newsletters.
    • Assist in creating certification templates, badges, and course thumbnails.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
    • Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (Vyond, Articulate, Canva for Education, or similar tools)
    • 1 – 3 years’ internship or work experience creating visual content for employee training, onboarding, or internal corporate learning.
    • Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., AI image/video editors, script generators, or design assistants) to streamline content creation and enhance output quality.
    • Proven experience in graphics design, photography, and video production/editing.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom), Canva, PowerPoint or similar tools.
    • Ability to operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, microphones, and related equipment.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced
    • environment.
    • Strong storytelling ability through visual media for learning content.
