Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent through various channels like job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to ensure candidates meet job requirements and company culture fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and interview questions.
• Negotiate and extend job offers to top candidates.
• Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date hiring information.
• Attend job fairs and networking events to expand talent pool
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during hiring process.
• Continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hires.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 4 years experience.
