    Senior Business Development Executive

    Role Overview

    • We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth by acquiring high-value clients and securing outsourcing deals.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience in business development within HR consulting or outsourcing firms.

    Responsibilities

    • Acquire new clients for HR outsourcing services (recruitment, payroll, etc.).
    • Close outsourcing deals and negotiate contract terms.
    • Generate and qualify leads, converting them into clients.
    • Develop and execute strategies to meet business growth targets.
    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
    • 4+ years in business development or sales in HR consulting/outsourcing.
    • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

    Benefits

    • Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.

    Patrol Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Patrol Officer to safeguard premises, staff, property, and visitors.
    • The role involves conducting routine patrols, monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and enforcing company security procedures.
    • Candidates must be able to ride a motorbike confidently, as patrol duties will require mobility within and around designated areas.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular patrols (on foot, by vehicle, or by motorbike) to deter suspicious activities.
    • Inspect access points (doors, gates, fences, and windows) to ensure they are secure.
    • Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies.
    • Maintain accurate daily patrol logs, incident reports, and activity records.
    • Enforce company security policies and site-specific regulations.
    • Control access to premises by checking IDs and screening visitors.
    • Assist law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
    • Protect company assets, equipment, and uniforms while on duty.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE / O’Level Certificate (higher qualifications are an advantage).
    • 2–3 years’ proven experience in security, patrol, or law enforcement.
    • Must be able to ride a motorbike confidently (valid rider’s permit required).
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
    • Basic knowledge of security systems (CCTV, radios, alarms) is an added advantage.
    • Must be honest, reliable, and of good character (background check required).

    Compliance Manager

    Role Summary

    • Our client is seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to regulatory standards across operations.
    • The role involves developing compliance strategies, monitoring product conformity, managing regulatory submissions, and driving staff awareness.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create, develop, and implement core regulatory compliance strategies, and ensure that they are monitored for every department and individual.
    • Operate in a cross-functional manner to communicate regulatory testing requirements and monitor completion of submissions.
    • Ensure that all company products comply with applicable regulations (federal and state), and any regions in which they are sold.
    • Gather, analyse, and interpret technical data, and translate it correctly onto official regulatory submissions
    • Provide specialist advice on core matters concerning regulatory compliance, aiming to keep the company’s products and services within the quality control circle.
    • Maintain awareness of changing regulations for the company’s products and assist with the proper registration of components.
    • Investigate and record any complaints that may transpire due to non-compliance of regulations and take measures to ensure that it is not repeated.
    • To educating the entire staff and institute practices that will ensure the highest possible level of compliance.
    • Communicating compliance-related issues to employees across all divisions of the organization.

    Minimum Requirements

    • First Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration or a related field
    • Master’s degree is an added advantage
    • Membership of ICAN, CIS, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or any other related professional qualification is required.
    • Certifications in compliance will also be added advantage
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role, especially in the QSR/FMCG sector.
    • Knowledge of legislations, its changes and developments as they affect the Food Industry,
    • Knowledge of Risk & Compliance standards or processes.
    • Knowledge of legal standards and in-house policies.
