We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth by acquiring high-value clients and securing outsourcing deals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development within HR consulting or outsourcing firms.
Responsibilities
Acquire new clients for HR outsourcing services (recruitment, payroll, etc.).
Close outsourcing deals and negotiate contract terms.
Generate and qualify leads, converting them into clients.
Develop and execute strategies to meet business growth targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
4+ years in business development or sales in HR consulting/outsourcing.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
