Responsibility

Requirement

• 1st degree in Estate Management
• Minimum of 4-7 years real estate brokerage, valuation, and property/facility management experience
• Experience in supervisory and business development roles.
• Must be an Associate Member, NIESV
• Must be a member of ESVARBON. 
• Ability to make quick judgement and spontaneous decisions.
• The ideal candidate must be entrepreneurial, goal and detail oriented, with an exceptional ability to motivate teams and meet targets.
• Sound knowledge and experience of the real estate practice.
• Tested and proven leadership abilities
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to self-motivate and motivate teams. 
• Experience working to and exceeding targets. 
• Strong moral code & sense of ethics.

Job Description

• To assist shop visitor's reach to their wishful items
• And to assist the shop reaches sales targets
• Assisting the team to achieve shop and individual objectives
• Direct communication with the customer
• Provide customer services including following their claims and bottlenecks
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put
• Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in any discipline
• 1-2 years relevant work experience as a sales attendant.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Flexible work hours.
• Excellent customer service skills.
