    Job Summary 

    • The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources Department by ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and administrative processes.

    Responsibilities
    Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
    • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
    • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other employment documentation.

    Employee Records and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

    HR Administration:
