Lead the growth and commercial strategy for ITEX’s agency-banking and PTSP channel.
You will build and scale agent acquisition, drive revenue and transaction volumes across regions, own GTM and partner relationships, coach the field sales team, and work with product/operations to ensure agent activation, liquidity and quality of service.
This role reports to Head of Business Development and is accountable for targets, agent lifecycle performance and commercial KPIs.
Experience / requirements
5+ years’ progressive sales experience in fintech, banking, payments or POS/PTSP environments; 2+ years in a leadership/line-manager role.
Proven track record growing agent networks, meeting acquisition and transaction targets.
Execute agent recruitment, activation and performance within an assigned territory.
You will sign up agents, support onboarding, train agents on devices and processes, ensure targets are hit, and maintain local relationships with merchants and community stakeholders.
You will escalate operational issues, collect market intelligence and contribute to territory sales plans.
Experience / requirements :
1–3 years field sales or agent-network experience in fintech, banking, payments or retail distribution. Experience with POS/agency banking preferred.
Demonstrated ability to meet territory targets, recruit and onboard agents, and train them.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently in the field and submit timely reports.
Able to travel within the territory and work flexible hours; must be comfortable doing in-person merchant visits.
The Field Business Support Officer (FBSO) plays a critical role in ensuring terminal uptime, strong merchant engagement, and smooth field operations.
The position is responsible for daily merchant visits, terminal diagnostics, application updates, issue reporting, and on-site troubleshooting.
It also covers agent onboarding, merchant acquisition support, and managing the deployment, retrieval, and repair of terminals.
The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, field-oriented, and committed to maintaining high terminal activity and excellent merchant satisfaction.
Requirements
Candidates must have a proven experience in a field-based role, strong knowledge of the road network in their assigned region, and excellent customer service skills.
Attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to ride a motorcycle are strong advantages.
