Territorial Sales Officer at ITEX Integrated Services Limited

• Execute agent recruitment, activation and performance within an assigned territory.
• You will sign up agents, support onboarding, train agents on devices and processes, ensure targets are hit, and maintain local relationships with merchants and community stakeholders.
• You will escalate operational issues, collect market intelligence and contribute to territory sales plans. 

Experience / requirements :

• 1–3 years field sales or agent-network experience in fintech, banking, payments or retail distribution. Experience with POS/agency banking preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet territory targets, recruit and onboard agents, and train them.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently in the field and submit timely reports.
• Able to travel within the territory and work flexible hours; must be comfortable doing in-person merchant visits.
• Minimum diploma or degree advantageous.
