    Key Responsibilities

    Description

    • We are seeking a commercially driven and technically strong Cosmetics Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development of innovative cosmetic products while aligning product execution with market demand, profitability, and strategic business growth.
    • This role requires more than formulation expertise,the ideal candidate must combine cosmetic science, project execution, and strong business acumen to transform product concepts into commercially successful, compliant, and scalable cosmetic solutions.

    • Strong commercial awareness, budgeting, and product profitability understanding
    • Experience working within FMCG, beauty, or manufacturing environments is an advantage
