    Social Media Marketer / Content Creator

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer / Content Creator for our client, a reputable fashion brand in Abuja known for African fabrics and ready-to-wear outfits.
    • The ideal candidate will manage the company’s social media presence and drive online sales through engaging content, direct customer interaction, and digital promotions.

    Key Responsibilities
    Social Media Management:

    • Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across all social media pages such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and TikTok
    • Create engaging posts, reels, and stories showcasing new arrivals, styling tips, and customer testimonials
    • Respond to messages, comments, and DMs in a timely and professional manner

    Online Sales:

    • Upload and manage product listings (images, descriptions, pricing)
    • Engage prospective buyers and convert inquiries into successful sales
    • Follow up on leads via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and other digital platforms

    Promotions & Campaigns:

    • Plan and implement digital campaigns, sales promos, and giveaways to increase brand visibility and customer base
    • Track and report on campaign results (engagement, reach, conversion rates)
    • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Maintain customer database and update order history, preferences, and feedback
    • Encourage repeat sales through personalized recommendations and timely communication

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
    • 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online sales (preferably fashion or lifestyle industry)
    • Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and TikTok
    • Ability to create engaging visuals using tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Express
    • Experience handling direct sales via messaging platforms
    • Good understanding of African fabrics, styles, and fashion trends
    • Strong communication and customer service skills

    Renumeration
    Salary is open to negotiation.

    Cleaner / Loader

    About the Role

    • HRLeverage Africa is seeking to hire a dependable and hardworking Cleaner/Loader for a reputable fashion retail company in Abuja.
    • The role combines maintaining a clean and organized environment with assisting in the movement of goods to support smooth daily operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain cleanliness of the shop floor, office areas, restrooms, and production/work areas.
    • Ensure proper disposal of waste and uphold hygiene standards.
    • Assist in loading and unloading fabrics, stock, and finished products.
    • Move, arrange, and organize goods in the storage/warehouse area.
    • Support the logistics and inventory team with stock movement.
    • Report maintenance needs or damages to supervisors.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE / WAEC or equivalent.
    • Prior experience in cleaning, loading, or similar roles is an added advantage.
    • Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying heavy items.
    • Honest, reliable, and hardworking.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work independently

    Working Conditions:

    • Full-time, on-site role at the employer’s Gwarinpa/Wuse branches.

    Workshop Officer (Auto-Electrician)

    Responsibilites

    • Diagnose electrical faults in vehicles, trucks, tractors, and heavy equipment.
    • Repair and maintain wiring harnesses, lighting systems, ignition systems, alternators, starter motors, and other electrical components.
    • Install and test electrical and electronic devices such as batteries, alarms, radios, air-conditioning systems, GPS trackers, and sensors.
    • Inspect, service, and replace faulty wiring and electrical parts.
    • Use diagnostic tools, meters, and schematics to identify and troubleshoot electrical issues.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
    • Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and parts replaced.
    • Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime.
    • Collaborate with mechanics, technicians, and operators to ensure effective repairs and service delivery.
    • Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and ensure a clean, safe work environment.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Eng Degree with 2 years work experience.
