    Customer Success Specialist

    Job Description

    • The Customer Success Specialist will serve as the strategic point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring alignment between customer business objectives and delivered managed security services.
    • The role focuses on driving adoption, value realization, retention, and growth across the MSSP portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary trusted advisor for customers, aligning security services with business, risk, and compliance objectives.
    • Lead customer onboarding and enablement, ensuring rapid adoption of MSSP  offerings.
    • Deliver executive-level service reviews, presenting performance metrics, security insights, risk posture, and actionable recommendations.
    • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive service adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
    • Partner with SOC, engineering, and OEMs to resolve issues efficiently and continuously improve service delivery.
    • Manage and escalate critical customer issues with urgency, maintaining clear communication until resolution.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, supporting renewals and expansions in collaboration with sales and account management.
    • Contribute to the development and scaling of customer success processes, playbooks, and operating frameworks.
    • Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and supporting capability development.
    • Drive customer advocacy by identifying references, testimonials, and case study opportunities.
    • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, market developments, and evolving customer needs to provide informed guidance and thought leadership.

    Requirements

    • 4 - 7 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Service Delivery within cybersecurity, MSSP, IT services, or SaaS environments.
    • Strong understanding of managed security services and core cybersecurity concepts (SOC operations, SIEM, IR, vulnerability management, compliance).
    • Proven experience engaging senior stakeholders and presenting at executive level.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive measurable outcomes.
    • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with technical, sales, and operations teams.

    Sales Specialist

    Job Description

    • The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing cybersecurity opportunities across mid-market and enterprise customers.
    • This role requires strong consultative selling skills, deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, and the ability to align security offerings to business and risk objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the full sales cycle for cybersecurity solutions, from prospecting through deal closure and handover.
    • Identify and qualify opportunities for MSSP services including SOC monitoring, SIEM, incident response, cloud security, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
    • Engage customers in consultative discussions to understand business risks, compliance needs, and security maturity.
    • Develop tailored proposals, pricing, and value-based business cases in collaboration with pre-sales, SOC, and engineering teams.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders.
    • Work closely with Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account growth.
    • Manage pipeline health, forecast accurately, and meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
    • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cybersecurity threats to inform sales strategy.
    • Support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives across existing accounts.

    Requirements

    • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3–5 years selling cybersecurity solutions or services.
    • Proven track record of closing complex, consultative deals in cybersecurity or technology services.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as SOC operations, SIEM, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), compliance frameworks, and incident response.
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, engineering, SOC, customer success).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience selling MSSP or managed security services.
    • Exposure to regulated industries (financial services, fintech, healthcare, telecoms).
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, cloud certifications) are an advantage.
