Job Description

• To take care of the operation of Gas Gensets (Rolls Royce gas engine) 2*5.25 mw and its auxiliaries:
• Gas Gensets Engine (5.25 Mw).
• HSD, Petrol tanks, PNG & CNG Station,
• Charge Air filtration unit, Radiators,
• Exhaust system, Ventilation unit.
• Lube oil system of Gas genets.
• Black Start Engine 1500 kva (Diesel Engine).
• Demineralized Water Treatment Plant.
• Makeup water tanks of Hot water line, HT& LT line
• To Coordinate with inter & intra dept. for power Supply.
• Maintain all the records like Log book, breakdown record, History card.
• To maintain all the fuel stock like Petrol, Diesel, Natural Gas day to day base
• Monitoring all the parameter of Gas engine & diesel engine and keeping them under limits.
• Knowledge of SCADA system is compulsory.
• To maintain daily checklists and log books of all the concerned machines on daily basis.
• Maintain clean and hygienic working conditions in Power house.
• Adopt safe and healthy work practices.

Qualifications/Experience

• B.Tech/B.Sc/Equivalent.
• 6-8 years cognate experience 
• Candidate should possess great analytical skill.
• Top-notch computer literacy.

Job Description

• Supervise, coordinates and monitor utility plant activities; maintains equipment and performs related duties to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of low- and high-pressure boilers, absorption and electric chillers, borewell, VAM, plumbering and other support systems
• Plan for inventory of Materials, spare parts and consumables as per requirement
• Intermediate leadership ability
• Able to comply with Health & Safety regulations and ensures that all necessary records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines

Qualifications/Experience

• B.Tech / B.Eng /HND/ Equivalent.
• 6-10 years cognate experience preferably from packaging industry.
• Candidate should possess great analytical skill.
• Top-notch computer literacy.
