    Business Development Executive

    The Business Development Executives will pursue strategic retail and corporate business opportunities for the firm in all our product offerings.

    • Plan and implement effective marketing strategies
    • Identify new opportunities by analyzing property needs of clients and prospects
    • Locate and identify lettable vacant properties
    • Secure written instructions from property owners on all business involvements
    • Secure property development, valuation, management and facility management briefs
    • Carry out inspection visits
    • Prepare proposals and make presentations
    • Prepare and submit activity reports
    • Monitor the property market and keep updated with trends.

    Educational, Knowledge and Experience Requirements

    • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Development or other relevant field
    • Knowledge of laws regulating and relating to the real estate industry in Nigeria
    • 1-2 years related experience, preferably in the real estate services.

    Accountant

    • Prepare financial statements and reports
    • Reconcile entries in account statements, ledgers and sub-ledgers
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
    • Accurately input financial data into the accounting software
    • Carry out banking activities
    • Ensure prompt remittance of statutory deductions
    • Raise and disburse client cheques
    • Attend to internal customers
    • Petty cash management
    • Any other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Department

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Accounting
    • 1-2 years relevant work experience

    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
    • Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written
    • Numeracy skills
    • Attention to details
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Analytical skills
    • Organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to use Tally ERP Accounting Software
