    Executive Assistant

    The Executive Assistant to the EVC will provide comprehensive executive-level support to the Executive Vice Chairman (EVC), playing a pivotal role in facilitating the EVC\'s effectiveness and ensuring the seamless execution of the organic fertilizer production plant project. This highly visible and critical position requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual with exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The Executive Assistant will manage a wide range of administrative, operational, and project-related tasks, demonstrating the ability to prioritize effectively, maintain strict confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project lifecycles, preferably within the construction, engineering, or agricultural sectors, and possess the ability to anticipate the EVC\'s needs and proactively address them.

    Responsibilities:

    • Executive Support:
      • Manage the EVC\'s complex and dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, optimizing the EVC\'s time and ensuring efficient workflow.
      • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls, emails, and correspondence, and responding or redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
      • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
      • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information.
    • Project Support:
      • Assist the EVC in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget.
      • Coordinate with various departments, including operations, engineering, construction, and finance, to facilitate the flow of information and ensure project alignment.
      • Prepare project-related documents, such as progress reports, meeting minutes, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
    • Operational Support:
      • Develop and maintain efficient office procedures and systems to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
      • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
      • Assist in the preparation of operational budgets and monitor expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial responsibility.
      • Coordinate with IT, facilities, and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the EVC\'s office and activities.

    Operational Team Lead

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the project development team to define detailed operational requirements, design efficient processes, and establish optimized workflows.
    • Contribute significantly to the formulation of the plant\'s operational strategy, encompassing comprehensive resource planning, meticulous technology selection, and ongoing process optimization.
    • Assist in the preparation of detailed operational budgets, realistic project timelines, and relevant performance metrics to ensure project success.
    • Participate actively in feasibility studies, conduct thorough risk assessments, and contribute to environmental impact assessments to ensure project viability and sustainability.
    • Oversee the installation, rigorous testing, and successful commissioning of all plant equipment and systems, ensuring adherence to specifications and performance targets.
    • Ensure that all construction activities are conducted in strict compliance with all applicable safety regulations, maintain the highest quality standards, and adhere to established project timelines.
    • Provide strong leadership and direction for the day-to-day operations of the organic fertilizer production plant, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production.
    • Continuously optimize production processes to maximize efficiency, minimize operational costs, and ensure the consistent production of high-quality fertilizer products.
    • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of skilled operations staff, including production technicians, maintenance personnel, and quality control specialists, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
    • Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
    • Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Coordinate closely with the following departments:
      • Purchases: Collaborate to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, equipment, and supplies.
      • Logistics: Oversee the efficient and safe transportation of raw materials and finished products, optimizing delivery schedules and minimizing transportation costs.
      • IT: Work with the IT department to implement and maintain the necessary technology infrastructure for plant operations, including process control systems, data management, and communication networks.
      • Planning: Coordinate with the planning department to develop production schedules, optimize resource allocation, and ensure alignment with market demand.
      • Compliance: Work with the compliance department to ensure adherence to all applicable environmental regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
      • ISO: Collaborate with the ISO team to establish and maintain quality management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and promoting continuous improvement.
      • Develop and manage operational budgets, implement effective cost control measures, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

    Operational Consultant

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments of current operational processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze data, gather insights, and develop recommendations to optimize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Design and implement new or improved operational processes, procedures, and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate change management, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new processes.
    • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance, track progress, and measure the impact of implemented changes.
    • Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to management, providing clear and concise information to support decision-making.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in operations management, and apply this knowledge to improve our operations.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project scope and budget.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to staff on new operational processes and systems.

    Agricultural Engineers

    The Local Engineers will play a crucial role in providing engineering expertise and support throughout the lifecycle of the organic fertilizer production plant project. Working under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers, the Local Engineers will contribute to the design, construction, installation, and commissioning of the facility, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in conducting feasibility studies, site assessments, and environmental impact assessments.
    • Provide input to the design and engineering of the organic fertilizer production plant, including process flow diagrams, equipment layouts, and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
    • Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure that the design complies with local regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
    • Supervise and monitor construction activities, ensuring that work is performed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and safety regulations.
    • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
    • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that construction meets the required standards.
    • Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
    • Resolve technical issues and provide on-site support to the construction team.
    • Provide technical support for the operation and maintenance of the organic fertilizer production plant.
    • Assist in optimizing plant performance, improving efficiency, and reducing operating costs.
    • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
    • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of changes.
