Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Prompt analysis of all raw materials, water samples and finished product assigned for you to do.
- Prompt internal calibration of weighing scales and other equipment in the laboratories and production floor as assigned.
- Maintain GMP, GLP, GHK in the factory and among personnel.
- Monitor temperature and humidity of the factory.
- Carry out online checks at set intervals.
- Prompt quarantining and approval, as the case may be, for raw materials and finished products.
- Perform any other duties as instructed by the team lead or/and the QA Manager.
- Prompt compilation and documentation of results of analysis.
- Random check of finished products at evacuation to ascertain the state before they are moved to the warehouse and before it goes outbound from the factory for distribution.
Education / Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements
- Minimum Qualification - HND or B.Sc. in related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
- Excellent communication skills (including written, oral and presentation skills).

- Set monthly target / objective for distributors in your area and manage them to achieve success.
- Ensure zero debt ratios in all dealings.

- To deliver the area volume and value target.
Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Ensure Area performance growth in NIV and Volume.
- Manage your area to deliver monthly NIV target set for your area.
- Ensure range selling to distributors/channel partners.
- Ensure proper management of distributors / channel partner account(s).
- Ensure zero debt ratios in all dealings.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customers’ complaints and needs.
- Drive Sales team to achieve volume and value objectives in territory defined via relevant stakeholders.
- Drive team to effectively execute Sales Drivers (AVQPPP) in outlets within coverage area.
- Enforce 100% compliance by sales team to TGI DISTRI Way of Working. Each team member (Sales Executive or Sales Rep) to work for 6 days a week, adhere strictly to Permanent Journey Plan (PJP), visit 25 outlets per day, 150 outlets per week, achieve not less than 85% strike rate.
- Ensure placement of Outlet Call Cards (OCC) in all secondary outlets covered and endorse the OCC during each visit to an outlet.
- Set daily, weekly and monthly targets for every member of your team and ensure daily, weekly and monthly performance tracking & review.
- Prepare personal Monthly Work Plan for the new month and submit to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), three working days before the commencement of the month. To implement the work plan and promptly communicate work plan alterations to Regional Sales Manager & Divisional Managers via mail or SMS.
- Ensure that FIFO principle is strictly adhered to in all customer outlets in your area.
