    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Job Summary

    • As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at SeamlessHR, you’ll play a critical role in building high-performing teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across multiple functions and regions.     Job Details

    Talent Sourcing & Attraction

    • Proactively source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, career fairs, and professional networks.

    Candidate Assessment & Selection

    • Collaborate with HR and department leads to ensure smooth onboarding and transition for new hires.

    Requirements

    • 5-8 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and industry best practices.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    Growth Account Manager

    Job Summary

    • SeamlessHR is one of Africa’s leading people technology companies, providing cloud-based human resources solutions that enable organisations to manage their end-to-end workforce operations efficiently and compliantly across multiple markets. The Growth Account Manager will be responsible for growing revenue from existing customers by strengthening relationships and expanding adoption of SeamlessHR’s SaaS products and Embedded Finance offerings. This role owns assigned segments of the Total Available Opportunity (TAO) funnel and is accountable for increasing product adoption, expansion revenue, and customer lifetime value (CLV). This is a high-impact farmer role ideal for commercially driven professionals with experience in SaaS, fintech, lending, payroll systems, or B2B financial services who are comfortable owning revenue targets in a fast-scaling technology environment.

    Job Details

    Embedded Finance – B2B (Payroll Financing) 

    • Grow payroll financing origination from existing customers 
    • Convert PF-ready but inactive or underutilised accounts 
    • Increase usage frequency and ticket sizes 
    • Partner with Risk, Finance, and Ops to remove activation bottlenecks 

    Embedded Finance – B2C (Employee Products) 

    • Drive employer consent and payroll integration readiness 
    • Work with Direct Sales Reps to scale employee activation and utilisation 
    • Use funnel insights to reduce drop-offs and improve conversion 

    SaaS Expansion & Upsell 

    • Upsell unbought modules including 
    • Run structured expansion conversations using value and ROI

    • Track and improve conversion from:

    Requirements

    Requirements

    • LLB and B.L in Law.

    • Minimum of 8 years’ relevant legal experience, gained in a reputable law firm and/or as senior in-house counsel. 
    • Prior experience supporting a technology, SaaS, FinTech, or highly regulated business is strongly preferred. 
    • Excellent knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory law. 
    • Demonstrated experience in company secretarial duties and Board governance. 
    • Practical understanding of data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
