ERP & Business Systems Officer at Nutri K Limited

Role Overview

• The ERP & Business Systems Officer will play a key role in supporting the implementation, operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of our ERP and digital systems (including Odoo or similar platforms).

This role ensures:

• Reliable system usage
• Accurate and high-quality data
• Efficient business processes
• Timely user support across departments

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ERP support across Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Sales, and Quality
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth system operations
• Support process improvements across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Production, and Inventory
• Maintain and ensure the integrity of master data
• Generate reports, dashboards, and business insights (Excel, Power BI, ERP tools)
• Train users and develop SOPs, manuals, and documentation
• Support system integrations, controls, and audit readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–5 years of ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong Excel skills (mandatory); Power BI and SQL are an advantage
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environments is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
