The ERP & Business Systems Officer will play a key role in supporting the implementation, operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of our ERP and digital systems (including Odoo or similar platforms).
This role ensures:
Reliable system usage
Accurate and high-quality data
Efficient business processes
Timely user support across departments
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day ERP support across Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Sales, and Quality
Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth system operations
Support process improvements across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Production, and Inventory
Maintain and ensure the integrity of master data
Generate reports, dashboards, and business insights (Excel, Power BI, ERP tools)
Train users and develop SOPs, manuals, and documentation
Support system integrations, controls, and audit readiness
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
2–5 years of ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.)
Strong Excel skills (mandatory); Power BI and SQL are an advantage
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environments is preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
