Job Summary

We\'re looking for a Legal Officer, who is a member of the Legal team responsible for providing robust legal support, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing corporate governance matters within the Nigerian oil and gas sector.

Qualifications
- Barrister at Law (BL), Bachelor of Laws (LL. B)
- First degree in Law from a recognized university, with a minimum of a second-class grade.
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-call legal experience within the Legal department of a reputable and structured business environment.
- Membership of ICSAN, or equivalent professional body is an added advantage.
Core Competences
- Oil & Gas Industry Knowledge.
- Knowledge of the local, national and international laws and regulations.
- Excellent Company Secretarial Practice.
- Corporate Governance and Board Management.
Available to Resume in July.
