    Marketing Manager

    Job Brief:

    We are looking to hire A Marketing Manager that will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the lender to increase brand awareness and drive loan acquisitions. This includes creating and executing campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will also work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive loan acquisitions
    • Create and execute marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and events
    • Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
    • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make adjustments as needed
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial industry
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
    • Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience working in Nigeria is preferred

    Sales Manager

    Job Brief:

    Our Client is looking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving loan acquisition for the lender. This includes setting sales targets, creating and implementing sales strategies, and managing the sales budget.     • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience working in Nigeria is preferred
    • Good leadership and management skills
