Job Description

• Welcome and interact with customers.
• Maintain a clean sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience, including folding, hanging,displaying, and merchandising garments according to guidelines to maximize selling opportunities
• Demonstrate and explain items, selecting and recommending options that meet the needs of the customer.
• Consult with customers to determine their product requirements and preferences.
• Assist consumers with clothing fittings.
• Know where products are located in the store
• Respond to client inquiries regarding merchandise.
• Helping with purchase decisions
• Perform extra duties as assigned.
• Provide the store manager with customer feedback.
• Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all available products

Requirements

• Senior school certificate holder or equivalent.
• Significant experience in a retail sales setting is strongly preferred
• Location: Osogbo, Nigeria(This job is suitable for local residents only).
• Salary up to N15,000 plus benefits which includes:

Job Description

• Actively greet and interact with customers in service areas and on the sales floor to provide the best customer experience possible.
• Assist in maintaining a clean sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience, including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments to maximize selling opportunities
• Open and unpack products and label merchandise with security tags within efficiency timeline objectives
• Ring on the register, report and handle all needed transactions, issue receipts, and fold and place products in the proper bag according to best practices procedure.
• Share your expertise and talents with your co-workers and help where necessary to create a healthy working environment
• Work in accordance with local regulations governing health & safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of you, your co-workers, and customers at all times
• Adhere to all safety, security, and administrative procedures in all sections of the shop.
• Manage inventory; keep track of the items sold and unsold at the store
• Help customers place orders and request for items that are out of stock

Requirements

• HND in business management graduate or other related fields
• Experience with POS systems

Salary up to N40,000 plus benefits which include:
