    Graphic Designer & Social Media Assistant

    Job Summary:

    The National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA) chartered is seeking to employ a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Social Media Assistant to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing graphics, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content to enhance our brand\'s online presence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Graphic Design:

    • Create high-quality visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials
    • Design graphics, logos, brochures, and other marketing materials
    • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual elements

    Social Media:

    • Manage and maintain social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Whatsapp Channel)
    • Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and ads
    • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media
    • Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for improvement

     Content Creation:

    • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand\'s goals
    • Create engaging and informative content for various platforms
    • Collaborate with other team members to develop content that meets our brand\'s standards

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
    • Strong design skills and knowledge of graphic design principles
    • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

    IT Hardware and Software Assistant

    Job Summary:

    The National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA) chartered is seeking to employ a highly skilled and motivated IT Hardware and Software Assistant to provide technical support and assistance with hardware and software issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing computer systems, as well as providing support to end-users.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on computer systems, laptops, and mobile devices
    • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
    • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, printers, and other peripherals
    • Assist with software installations, updates, and patches
    • Maintain inventory of IT assets and supplies
    • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ticketing systems)
    • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
    • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and services
    • Certification in IT support or related field (e.g., CompTIA A+)

    Candidates living within the environs of Victoria Island, Lekki, Ajah, Ikoyi, Ogombo Town axis will have preferred advantage.
