    Store Officer

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, supplies, and products against purchase orders and delivery notes.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock updates, documentation, and data entry in the inventory management system.
    • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items in accordance with safety and quality standards.
    • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations, and promptly report any discrepancies.
    • Issue materials to production and other departments as requested, ensuring proper authorization and record-keeping.
    • Conduct periodic and monthly stock reconciliations and support internal or external audits.
    • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and security within the store area.
