Store Officer at MeCure Healthcare Limited (MHL)

Major Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, supplies, and products against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock updates, documentation, and data entry in the inventory management system.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations, and promptly report any discrepancies.
• Issue materials to production and other departments as requested, ensuring proper authorization and record-keeping.
• Conduct periodic and monthly stock reconciliations and support internal or external audits.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and security within the store area.
• Coordinate with the procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize losses and wastage.
• Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental regulations in all store operations.

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Accounting.

Other Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Officer, Storekeeper, or Inventory Clerk, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
• Good numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
