    Technical Facilty Manager

    Job Description

    • Working with the on-site maintenance staff in managing all maintenance-related and capital improvement activities within an assigned property/store/office.  
    • Initiating, performing & overseeing maintenance projects.  
    • Turnovers, general maintenance, repairs, grounds upkeep, and overall upkeep of company outlets, stores, offices and properties.  
    • Assisting team leaders in carrying out the implementation of various policies, standards, procedures and programs relating to the overall maintenance and upkeep of the properties.  
    • Handling a variety of facility maintenance requirements.  
    • Works with on-site Manager to meet and exceed the needs of the facility.  
    • Develop scopes of work for small improvements/services and seek out qualified contractors to bid the work.  
    • Manage existing contractors to ensure turnaround time on the maintenance is reduced. 
    •  Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing, collaborating on approved vendor list, keeping vendor list updated and publishing the list for the company.  
    • General supervision and support for the service maintenance teams at assigned stores. 
    • Runs regular checks on technical equipment to prevent any problems 
    • Implements corrective action plans 
    • Ensure availability of main spare part at any moment 
    • Ensure Opex reduction 
    • Ensure down time on major equipment fall within company standard 
    • Ensure preventive maintenance schedule is followed  
    • Ensure full cooperation and coordination will all company department head 

    Qualifications

    • HND/BSc in Electrical Engineering or any other engineering course 
    • Trainings and certifications in engineering or maintenance management 
    • Minimum of 10 years work experience as a Maintenance Manager or technician in a reputable retail 
    • Extensive knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems 
    • Ability to work well and without supervision

    Financial Reporting Analyst

    Job Description

    • Analyzes the economic stability of the assigned Brand and provides financial information necessary for budget and investment decisions.
    • Prepares the Brand Annual Budget
    • Prepares and takes responsibility for the Brand’s Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial reports – Profit and Loss; Balance sheets & Cash-flows.
    • Analyzes the brand’s financials and develops templates with financial ratios to assist management decision-making.
    • Responsible for the monthly/quarterly and annual budget of the assigned Brand; Analyze actual versus budget spent and provides recommendations.
    • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
    • Develops expenditures and revenue forecasts; prepares baseline budget and revisions as needed; analyses, evaluates and processes budget proposals  
    • Prepares narrative, graphical and statistical reports with alternative solutions for resolving issues.  
    • Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance.  
    • Support month end and year end closing of accounts and financial activities  
    •  Support the team of finance control cluster in Data entry, Data Quality control, and Data presentation for Analysis  
    • Support the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and financial models. Collaborate with department heads to gather necessary data 
    • Prepare accurate data for financial reports of PLs, BSs, and cash flow generated from Dynamics Navision  
    • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly data analysis and present findings along with areas for potential improvement  
    • Analyse monthly PL reports from various stores and locations for consistency and variances  
    • Explain variances, investigate the differences and suggest improvements and changes where relevant  
    • Gathers, assembles and format data. Also prepares preliminary analysis for budget documents  

    Qualifications

    • B.sc / HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field
    • 2-3 years relevant work experience in a similar role.
    • Professional qualification-ACA, ACCA is mandatory.
    • Experience with ERP accounting systems is mandatory.
    • Detail-oriented with expert knowledge of (IFRS) accounting procedures and financial reporting practices
    • Work with flexible timelines and schedules based on business needs.
    • Manage issue resolution in a structured manner whilst delivering timely & high-quality output.
