    Business Development Officer

    Job Summary

    • You will lead growth initiatives within our Investment Securities division, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and trading activities. You will combine financial acumen, industry expertise, and exceptional relationship management skills to achieve organizational objectives.

    Job Details

    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and market share goals.
    • Trade the mandates/jobbing request for client.
    • Activate the database of the company with view to updating dormant accounts.
    • Activated accounts should be harnessed to becoming trading accounts for business development.
    • Handhold the accounts units for proper and timely deliverables.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including institutional and retail clients, partnerships, and distribution channels.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the investment securities sector.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design and promote investment products tailored to client needs.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Management or any other related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing financial product, particularly stocks, bonds and treasury bills.
    • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trading platforms.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and CRM tools.
    • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the securities industry.
    • Stockbroking (ACS) qualification is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Head of IVD Product Management

    Job Summary

    • The Head of IVD Product Management is a senior executive responsible for the full lifecycle management of ISN’s IVD product portfolio. — from market research and new product development to go-to-market execution, sales enablement, and commercial performance. The role defines the strategic direction for the portfolio, drives demand generation and customer engagement, and ensures achievement of sales, margin, and partner targets. This leader collaborates cross-functionally to optimize demand planning, supply chain readiness, and team performance to meet market needs and fuel growth.

    • Lead generation: Deliver a minimum of 100 Qualified Sales Leads per month based on pre-defined qualification criteria.
    • Lead Conversion: Achieve a minimum of 10% conversion rate from qualified leads to closed sales
    • Sales Performance: Drive minimum 80% achievement of monthly IVD product sales targets, averaged quarterly
    • Product Gross Margin: Maintain minimum 40% gross margin across the IVD product portfolio (after landed cost)
    • Partner Target Achievement: Achieve 100% or more of assigned annual partner sales and engagement targets

We achieve this by bridging intentional policymaking in the public sector with proactive leadership in the private sector, focusing on three core pillars: Investment Access, Digital Literacy, and Leadership Representation for women age 21-35. Position Overview: The Programme Manager will play a critical role in the successful planning, implementation, and management of the Beyond Boundaries programme. Reporting to the Founder, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring activities align with the strategic vision, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving impact across the programme’s three core pillars. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a passion for women’s empowerment.

    Job Details

    Programme Planning & Strategy:

    • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the Beyond Boundaries programme strategy.
    • Develop detailed annual and quarterly work plans, outlining key activities, timelines, resource requirements, and success metrics aligned with the three pillars.
    • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of the programme.

    Programme Implementation & Delivery:

    • Lead the execution of all programme activities, including workshops, training sessions (e.g., digital skilling initiatives), high impact convenings/conferences, community outreach efforts, and potentially elements related to entrepreneurship funding or investment readiness (linking with initiatives like The Launchpad, where applicable).
    • Ensure timely and effective delivery of programme components, managing logistics and operational requirements.
    • Oversee specific programme elements such as registration systems (e.g., Beyond Boundaries ID integration) and partner commitments (e.g., digital skilling delivery, scholarships).

    Stakeholder Management & Partnerships:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government partners, private sector sponsors (e.g., Alami Capital, Google, Premium Trust Bank), delivery partners (e.g., 21st Centuries) and community leaders.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
    • Identifying and cultivating new strategic partnerships.

    Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting:

    • Implement robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems to track programme progress, outputs, and outcomes against agreed KPIs.
    • Manage programme budgets in collaboration with finance leads/event planners, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
    • Prepare regular progress reports for the Director, steering committee, funders, and other stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements from funding partners (e.g., AfDB, AFD, IsDB if applicable indirectly through partners).

    Team & Volunteer Coordination:

    • Coordinate activities with other team members and directors (e.g., Program & Content, Speaker Relations, Communications).
    • Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and management for specific events or activities, ensuring a positive experience for both volunteers and participants.

    Communications & Outreach:

    • Support the development and dissemination of programme communication materials.
    • Contribute to outreach strategies to engage target beneficiaries (young women) and promote programme opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, International Development, Social Sciences, Gender Studies, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in programme or project management, preferably within the non-profit sector, social impact initiatives, or international development.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing programmes focused on education, skills development, financial inclusion, digital literacy, women’s empowerment, or leadership development.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector partners, and community groups.
    • Experience in planning and executing events, workshops, or conferences is highly desirable.
    • Experience working in the Nigerian context is essential.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Exceptional programme/project management skills, including planning, implementation, budget management, and M&E.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
    • Proven ability to build and manage partnerships.
