    Programme Manager

    Job Summary

    • Beyond Boundaries is a dynamic initiative dedicated to empowering young women in Nigeria by dismantling systemic barriers to investment access, digital literacy, and leadership representation. Inspired by the vision Ad Astra (“To the stars, and beyond”), we believe that the worlds of finance and technology should be open to all who possess skill and ambition. Our mission is to equip a new generation of young women with the tools, networks, and resources they need to build, lead, and thrive, fostering financially empowered, digitally fluent communities. We achieve this by bridging intentional policymaking in the public sector with proactive leadership in the private sector, focusing on three core pillars: Investment Access, Digital Literacy, and Leadership Representation for women age 21-35. Position Overview: The Programme Manager will play a critical role in the successful planning, implementation, and management of the Beyond Boundaries programme. Reporting to the Founder, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring activities align with the strategic vision, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving impact across the programme’s three core pillars. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a passion for women’s empowerment.
