The Full-stack Engineer will work as part of the engineering team to build and maintain all innovative initiatives at our organization.

You’ll own features end-to-end, from architecture and API design to shaping DevOps infrastructure and supporting to refine pixel-perfect UI. You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Design, mentor peers, and set quality standards that let us ship fast without breaking things.
Responsibilities
- Own the full development cycle: From architecting scalable backends to support designing sleek, user-friendly interfaces.
- Write clean, high-performing code that doesn’t just work but sets new standards in efficiency and scalability. You will also review PRs for team members.
- Maintain DevOps pipelines: manage and design CI/CD, automate tests, releases, and rollbacks.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate ideas into powerful digital experiences.
- Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Up to 5 years professional experience building production web applications across frontend (React or similar + TypeScript) and backend (Node.js and/or PHP).
- Some experience with implementation and maintenance of CI/CD system

Responsibilities
Organizational & Executive Leadership
- Serve as a trusted counsel to the senior leadership team on all matters about organisational design, executive talent, and strategic workforce planning.
- Diagnose and proffer solutions that enhance operational efficiency and agility across upstream and downstream business units.

Industrial Relations & Stakeholder Authority
- Manage employee and industrial relations with an approach that protects company interests.

Operational Excellence & Functional Leadership

Qualifications
- A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive, strategic human resources leadership experience.
- No less than 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, with demonstrable success within the upstream/downstream oil & gas sector or a related industry.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field is essential; a Master\'s degree in Business Administration, HR or a related discipline is preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, GPHR) are considered a significant asset.
- Proven track record of designing and executing HR strategies that have directly influenced business outcomes, including organisational transformation, talent pipeline development, and M&A integration support.
