    Investment & Commercial Operations Manager

    Our client is multi-sector services contracting company in Lagos Nigeria. Her core value and strengths lies in her superior and unparalleled capabilities in Deal Origination, Business and Project Analysis and Analytics. Our client is deeply focused on extreme and detailed analysis and planning, transaction structuring, contract financing and project management. She leverages her reach and extensive expertise to de-risk projects and ensure profitability for all deals under purview.

    Job Duties/ Responsibilities/Accountabilities

    • Provide Operational Support for the development of all Deals, Transactions and Business Opportunities for theCompany.
    • Management and Oversight of the development of all company deals andtransactions
    • Be key point of contact for all transaction stakeholders for the development and advancement of all company transactions anddeals
    • Management of the Deal Development Consultant Pool. Provide oversight and manage all contractors and consultants carrying out Transaction-related assignments for thefirm
    • Provide Transaction Administration and Management Support and Maintain all correspondence with TransactionStakeholders
    • Able to represent the company in various meetings to manage, protect or defend the company’s interests with transaction stakeholders (Clients, Financiers, Strategic Partners, TechnicalPartners)
    • Proactivecommunicationwithseniormanagementonanyconcernsand/oremergingrisksthatmay jeopardize any transactions or the interests of thefirm
    • Manage Key Deliverables including but not limited to: Reviewing Transaction Analyses and Plans, Overseeing Execution of Project Plans and Tasks, Defining the Deals and Project Processflows.
    • Commercial oversight on transactions, making sure all transactions commercially well thought out/ structured in favor of the company therefore Establish and Lead a robust, analytic and comprehensive process to ensure transactions are well-developed and structured in furtherance to enhancing value for the company this includes extensive data acquisition, rigorous cash flow assessments and sensitivity process that will result in the structuring of high-quality deals and the establishment of Successful ventures for allstakeholders
    • Optimize firm productivity by monitoring portfolio performance including but not limited to generating quarterly performance reviews, creating portfolio reports and strategy memos for the company as a whole based on portfolioperformance
    • Review and Managing Transaction and Venture Forecast Models and Budgets to determine resource allocation for saidTransaction
    • Co-approval of payments and/or financial requests within the company and projectgroups

     KEY COMPETENCY

    • Great knowledge of finance and commercial structuring Excellent analytic, problem solving, and communication skills
    • Someone that is well-skilled in Commercial, Economic and Financial analysis

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Program Operations & Administration

    • Maintain an effective level of business literacy of the Triciabiz brand’s strategic plans, culture, and competition and provide general operational oversight and supervision of allthe brand’s programs.
    • Creating SOPs and ensure it is adhered to.
    • Managing the team of program managers to ensure that program objectives are achieved.
    • Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring and evaluating job deliveries.
    • Contribute operation information to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement quality and customer service standards.
    • Promote a brand culture that encourages top performance and high morale
    • Keep up to date with relevant regulations and standards to ensure compliance
    • Identify and address operational challenges within the organization
    • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations such as shared services and joint programme development

    JOB SPECIFICATION/QUALIFICATION

    Education Qualification:     

    First degree in Any Field ( Business Administration or Social Sciences Preferred)

    Experience

    Minimum of 3years experience in a similar role

    Skills &Competence Requirements:

    • Experience in management, operations and leadership
    • Ability to interact professionally and tactfully with people
    • A Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills;
    • Excellent Communication Skills

    WORK CYCLE (HOURS/ DAYS):

    Monday - Friday (8.00 am - 5.00 pm)
