    The Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth running of all the operations of the organization.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Program Operations & Administration

    • Maintain an effective level of business literacy of the Triciabiz brand’s strategic plans, culture, and competition and provide general operational oversight and supervision of allthe brand’s programs.
    • Creating SOPs and ensure it is adhered to.
    • Managing the team of program managers to ensure that program objectives are achieved.
    • Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring and evaluating job deliveries.
    • Contribute operation information to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement quality and customer service standards.
    • Promote a brand culture that encourages top performance and high morale
    • Keep up to date with relevant regulations and standards to ensure compliance
    • Identify and address operational challenges within the organization
    • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations such as shared services and joint programme development

    JOB SPECIFICATION/QUALIFICATION

    Education Qualification:     

    First degree in Any Field ( Business Administration or Social Sciences Preferred)

    Experience

    Minimum of 3years experience in a similar role

    Skills &Competence Requirements:

    • Experience in management, operations and leadership
    • Ability to interact professionally and tactfully with people
    • A Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills;
    • Excellent Communication Skills

    WORK CYCLE (HOURS/ DAYS):

    Monday - Friday (8.00 am - 5.00 pm)
