Job Description: We are looking to hire a skilled and experienced Female IT/Digital Marketer for our partner, a leading insurance software company based in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and optimizing all lead acquisition channels by conducting website and keyword research, ad grouping and audience targeting.
Job Responsibilities:
Create, manage, test, report and optimize growth experiments.
Ability to analyze and report acquisition efforts with actionable business insights.
Overseeing paid media budget for increased ROI
Develop and implement SEO optimisation strategy.
Working alongside marketing, engineering and product to drive growth.
Modifying and testing changes to previously developed campaigns
Job Requirements:
Minimum of HND/BSc. in English, Marketing, Communications, or similar fields
3+ years experience with PPC, Paid Social Media Marketing and SEO
Familiarity with popular Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, HubSpot, etc.
Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Google.
PageSpeed Insights, Google Data Studio, Hubspot, and other third-party SEO reporting tools (Moz, Spyfu, SEMrush, etc.)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, client and server-side technologies is a plus.
Knowledge of the Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, FaceBook, LinkedIn advertising platforms.
Deep experience with inbound strategies is required; experience with ABM and sales/marketing alignment is a plus
Strong creative aptitude, including a keen eye for design and copywriting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Creation of SEO-optimized long and short-form content for B2B and B2C insurance audiences.
Job Responsibility:
Create and implement a community growth strategy for brand awareness.
Work with marketing lead and team to create and implement marketing campaigns.
Copywriting and Proofread content.
Create and implement a content marketing calendar.
Host Spaces, Webinars and Lives Sessions.
Conduct keyword and SEO research to impact content and social media initiatives.
Prepare periodic reports on channel growth, traffic and ROI.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimisation.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of HND/BSc. in English, Marketing, Communications, or similar fields
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media growth, community marketing and content roles
Created content for Tech B2B/B2C startups across website, blog, social media, video and email
The development and execution of community growth and content marketing effectively
Create and manage content calendars and ensure that the content remains consistent across all platforms and SEO optimized.
Experience with WordPress content management systems..
