Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Develop engaging content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
• Write compelling copy that reflects the hotel’s voice and appeals to target audiences (leisure, business, events).
• Collaborate with departments (F&B, Spa, Events) to highlight seasonal offerings and guest experiences.

Graphic Design

• Design high-quality visuals for digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, website) and print materials (flyers, brochures, signage).
• Create branded templates for internal and external communications.
• Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints in line with brand guidelines.

Multimedia & Visual Assets

• Capture and edit photos/videos of hotel spaces, events, and guest experiences.
• Coordinate with photographers/videographers when needed for professional shoots.
• Maintain a digital asset library of visuals and templates.

Strategy & Analytics

• Contribute to content calendars and campaign planning.
• Monitor engagement metrics and adjust creative strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on hospitality trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithms.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education    Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience    2+ years in content creation or design, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle brands
• Design Tools    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar
• Content Tools    Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite), and CMS (e.g., WordPress)
• Photography/Videography    Basic skills in shooting and editing visual content

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Internal Auditor to assess and enhance the integrity of our hotel’s financial operations, internal controls, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hospitality operations, risk management, and regulatory frameworks, and will play a key role in safeguarding assets, improving processes, and ensuring transparency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Audit & Compliance

• Conduct regular audits of financial transactions, operational procedures, and internal controls across all departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, etc.).
• Evaluate compliance with hotel policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks, irregularities, and inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.

Financial Review

• Review revenue streams, expense reports, payroll, procurement, and inventory management for accuracy and accountability.
• Monitor cash handling procedures, credit card transactions, and banking reconciliations.
• Verify the accuracy of financial statements and reports submitted to management.

Process Improvement

• Assess the effectiveness of existing systems and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement best practices and internal control enhancements.
• Track audit findings and follow up on remediation efforts.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Present audit results to senior management and/or the audit committee.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of audit procedures and outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education    Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA, ACCA) preferred
• Experience    1 - 3+ years in internal auditing, preferably in hospitality or service industries
• Technical Skills    Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Opera, Sun Systems, QuickBooks), MS Excel, and audit tools
• Knowledge    Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial controls, and risk management
• Soft Skills    Integrity, attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, and discretion
