    Credit Fund Manager

    JOB SUMMARY

    The role holder will provide support to existing and new clients. He or She will oversee the structuring and buying of credit fund holdings and sourcing of investors (internally and externally)

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Reviewing and analysing (including approving and rejecting) loan requests based on available data
    • Developing and maintaining the Credit Fund's loan assessment tools
    • Calulating and setting loan interest rates
    • Strategising on lending projections and investor appetite
    • Analysing loan financial sustainability performances
    • Updating and revising credit policies
    • Monitoring collateral on a weekly basis

    Chief Finance Officer

    JOB SUMMARY

    The role holder will be responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the business in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and practices appropriate within the industry

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Articulate financial strategies and ensure alignment with the organisation’s objectives

    JOB SUMMARY

    The role holder will report to the church leadership and will be responsible for:

    Project Engineer

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Project Engineer will manage various projects by providing technical advice, supervising staff, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and other statutory regulations

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Plan and design major civil projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, dams, water, and waste management systems, and structural steel fabrications
