Credit Fund Manager at Human Capital Partners (HCP)

JOB SUMMARY

The role holder will provide support to existing and new clients. He or She will oversee the structuring and buying of credit fund holdings and sourcing of investors (internally and externally)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing and analysing (including approving and rejecting) loan requests based on available data
• Developing and maintaining the Credit Fund's loan assessment tools
• Calulating and setting loan interest rates
• Strategising on lending projections and investor appetite
• Analysing loan financial sustainability performances
• Updating and revising credit policies
• Monitoring collateral on a weekly basis
• Collaborating with the Financial Control to reconcile monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Producing monthly financial reports, including, but not limited to: Portfolio reports and Projection Reports
• Securities registration and legal compliance to regulation and the Company’s policies
• Maintaining records of all loans and investors to the fund(s)
• Monitoring loan disbursements and repayments
• Providing investment and financial management advice to clients and other financial professionals
• Weighing the risks and benefits of each transaction, determining whether they fit into the fund’s strategies and deliver value to clients
• Maintaining records and documentation related to investments and transactions, while conducting investment and oversight activities
• Developing weekly, quarterly, or annual reports on fund performance, along with reports of their activities related to managing the fund
• Developing documents related to their funds to distribute to client

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in credit management
• Relevant Professional Certification
• Profound Microsoft Excel skills
