    Field Operations Personnel

    Position Overview: 

    The Field Operations Personnel is responsible for hands-on support and execution of on-ground events, brand activations, and related field operations. This role ensures all logistical and operational elements run smoothly from setup to breakdown contributing to a seamless and impactful event experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • On-Ground Support:
      Assist with the physical setup and dismantling of event venues, including signage, equipment, props, and materials.
    • Event Execution:
      Support the coordination and smooth running of activations, ensuring operational readiness and attention to detail throughout the event.
    • Logistics Management:
      Handle logistics such as transporting event materials, loading/unloading supplies, and coordinating on-site deliveries.
    • Vendor Liaison:
      Work alongside vendors and service providers during events to ensure timely execution of responsibilities (e.g., sound, lighting, catering, rentals).
    • Inventory & Equipment:
      Track and manage event-related equipment and materials before, during, and after activations to ensure accountability and proper use.
    • Problem Solving:
      Quickly identify and resolve any operational issues on the ground to minimize disruption and maintain a high-quality guest experience.
    • Reporting & Feedback:
      Provide detailed feedback after each event regarding logistics, execution, and any challenges encountered to support post-event evaluation.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND qualification; additional certification in Logistics, Event Support, or related field is a plus
    • 1–2 years experience in field operations, logistics, or event support roles
    • Physically fit and able to handle hands-on duties (e.g., lifting, setup)
    • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
    • Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
    • Willingness to work irregular hours, weekends, or travel for assignments as needed
    • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

    Sales Manager - Events & Catering

    We’re looking for a charismatic and strategic Sales Manager to own and scale our event catering partnerships. This isn’t just a sales job—it’s about becoming the go-to contact for Nigeria’s top event planners, venues, and high-value clients. Your mission is to ensure that when people think of catering, they think of FoodCourt.

    Key Responsibilities

    Relationship Building & Partnerships

    • Cultivate and grow long-term relationships with event planners, venue managers, corporate admins, and individual clients.
    • Attend networking events, site visits, and tastings to represent the FoodCourt brand with charm and confidence.
    • Establish FoodCourt as the preferred catering partner for top venues and planners.

    Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Lead the end-to-end sales process: from prospecting and lead qualification to pitch, proposal, negotiation, and close.
    • Design and tailor event catering packages that meet client needs while protecting internal margins.
    • Track, analyze, and exceed sales KPIs and growth targets.

    Lead Generation & Management

    • Proactively source new leads through cold outreach, industry events, inbound channels, and referrals.
    • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM system, ensuring follow-ups and conversions are always on track.

    Client Retention & Upselling

    • Build trust through excellent service and follow-through, ensuring FoodCourt remains their first choice for future events.
    • Drive repeat business and referrals by delivering memorable, high-quality catering experiences.

    Collaboration & Reporting

    • Work cross-functionally with the culinary and operations teams to ensure proposals are realistic and flawlessly executed.
    • Negotiate and manage commission structures with planners and venues.
    • Submit weekly reports detailing pipeline status, conversion rates, and actionable insights.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years experience in sales, business development, or client partnerships (preferably in events, catering, or hospitality).
    • A persuasive, well-spoken, and personable communicator with strong negotiation skills.
    • High emotional intelligence, with a natural talent for building relationships and earning trust.
    • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent organizational skills and comfort with managing multiple leads simultaneously.
    • A social, well-connected individual who enjoys mingling, pitching, and being the face of a brand.
