    Chef

    • Creating and modify menu items to meet customer demands, ensure profitability and maintain quality standard.
    • Developing and maintaining standardized recipes to ensure consistency in taste, texture and presentation.
    • Preparing and presenting food to meet quality and presentation standards, ensuring that dishes are usually appealing and appetizing 
    • It's a 24hrs restaurant that runs morning, afternoon and night shifts

    Basic Salary:80,000

    Storekeeper

    • Inventory Management: Overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of ingredients supplies and equipment. 
    • Stock Control: Maintaining accurate inventory levels, tracking usage, and optimizing stock levels.
    •  Receiving and Inspecting Goods: Receiving deliveries of supplies and ingredients, ensuring that the quantity and quality of the goods match the order specifications. Inspect goods for any damages or discrepancies and report issues to suppliers or management.
    •  Storage Organization: Properly store ingredients and supplies to maintain their quality and prevent spoilage. Organize storage areas for easy access and efficient workflow. Also arrange all items in the store by labelling the sections for each products.
    • Record Keeping: Keep detailed and accurate records of all stock movements and returns. Update inventory management systems regularly.
    •  Ordering Supplies: Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase orders for procurement 
    •  Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process invoices from suppliers also Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts to ensure accuracy.

    Basic Salary: 55,000

    Quality Control Perosnnel

    • Ensuring food safety: Monitoring food handling, storage, and preparation to prevent contamination and foodborne illness.
    • Maintaining consistency: Verifying that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards
    • Ingredient inspection: Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from suppliers
    • Quality control ensure monitoring raw materials usage, ensure wastage are also controlled
    • Cleaning and sanitation: overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and dining areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
    • Environment Hygiene: Quality control/ supervisor ensure environment is in good condition, everywhere must be neat and ensure all utensils were clean also ensure daily cleaning must be done.
    • Employee Training: Educating staff on quality of products from suppliers and recommending changes if necessary. Implement quality control procedure
    • Menu development: Collaborating with chefs and management to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
    • Performance monitoring and reporting
    • Customer feedback: Reviewing customer comments and complaints to identify areas for improvement.
    • Compliance: Ensuring the restaurant meets food safety regulations and industry standards.
