    Social Media Manager

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly creative, self-motivated, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to lead and manage a fast-growing brand’s social media ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in short-form video creation, graphic design, content writing, and digital campaign execution.

    This role requires someone who can independently create, execute, and manage engaging brand campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    Content Creation & Execution

    • Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
    • Design high-quality graphics, promotional creatives, and branded content
    • Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy
    • Independently shoot, edit, and publish content across social media platforms

    Social Media Management

    • Develop and manage monthly content calendars
    • Manage social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
    • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community
    • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly
    • Leverage AI tools to improve content creation speed, execution, and campaign effectiveness

    Brand & Marketing Strategy

    • Execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
    • Support both online and offline marketing campaigns
    • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
    • Collaborate with internal teams on product launches and marketing initiatives

    Growth & Campaign Management

    • Drive follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness
    • Identify trends and create high-performing, viral content
    • Collaborate with influencers and content creators where necessary

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio *(mandatory)*
    • Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
    • Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
    • Excellent content writing and storytelling ability
    • Deep understanding of Nigerian social media trends and audience behavior
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Highly creative, proactive, and execution-focused

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer brands
    • Knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
    • Basic photography and videography skills
    • Experience using AI tools for branding, content creation, and digital marketing

    Showroom Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, drive sales growth, manage inventory, and lead the sales team. The ideal candidate must have experience selling office equipment, office furniture, or related workplace solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve sales targets and grow customer base.
    • Manage showroom operations, product displays, and customer service.
    • Supervise and motivate sales staff.
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management.
    • Build strong relationships with corporate and walk-in clients.
    • Prepare sales and operational reports.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in showroom or retail sales management.
    • Experience selling office equipment, office furniture, or related products is required.
