    Producer & Camera Person

    Job Description:

    • As a Producer and Camera Person, you will play a critical role in producing compelling news stories and shows. Your responsibilities will include:

    Production:

    • Conceptualizing, planning, and producing content and news segments that resonate with our audience.
    • Securing access to key individuals, locations, and events to gather essential footage and interviews for compelling stories.
    • Collaborating with reporters, writers, and other team members to develop story ideas and production plans.

    Camera Operation:

    • Independently shooting high-quality video footage for news stories and shows using professional-grade camera equipment.
    • Ensuring that video and audio quality meet industry standards and CIC's requirements.
    • Conducting on-location interviews and capturing B-roll footage as needed. Content Development:
    • Assisting in the development of engaging and informative content, including storyboarding and scripting for news segments and shows.
    • Contributing creative input to enhance the visual storytelling and production quality of our content.

    Project Management:

    • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, and ensuring that video content is consistently delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in producing shows and news segments, securing access to subjects and locations, and shooting video independently.
    • Proficiency in operating professional-grade camera equipment and knowledge of videography techniques.
    • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic news production team.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work closely with reporters,
    • producers, and other team members.
    • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is

    Graphic Designer

    Responsibilities:

    Graphic Design:

    • Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, including digital and print collateral.
    • Develop engaging graphics for social media, website, presentations, and other marketing channels.

    Brand Consistency:

    • Ensure consistent application of the brand across all design elements.
    • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to maintain brand integrity.

    Conceptualization and Ideation:

    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and ideas.
    • Stay updated on design trends and innovative approaches to visual communication.

    Project Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.

    Quality Control:

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
    • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
    • Excellent attention to detail and creative flair.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

    Video Editor

    Responsibilities:

    • Edit and produce video content for social media, website, and other marketing materials
    • Work with marketing team to develop and implement video marketing strategies
    • Collaborate with videographers and other creatives to produce high-quality video content
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest video editing trends and techniques
    • Manage video editing projects from start to finish

    Qualifications:
