    Receptionist

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Welcome customers to the bank; communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, and in person.
    • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services available to clients.
    • Determine and respond to customers’ enquiries professionally by directing them to the respective workstation or unit where their needs would be served.
    • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
    • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments or units for further investigation and follow-up to ensure resolution.
    • Directly supervise other admin personnel (cleaners, security guards) for an effective discharge of their duties.
    • Organize, Sort and distribute incoming mail without delays.

    Job Requirements:

    • Academic qualification – BSc.
    • Preferably female.
    • Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a similar role.
    • Candidates must reside within Maryland or its environs.

    Retail Sales Associate

    Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Greeting customers, responding to questions, and giving information to the customers.
    • Providing recommendations and sharing product knowledge with customers.
    • Managing financial transactions and processing payments.
    • Preparing merchandise and designing displays.
    • Maintaining a clean and tidy space.
    • Assisting with inventory
    • Handling refunds, returns, and customer complaints.
    • Alerting management of potential security issues
    • Creating a positive customer experience and work environment. 

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum qualification – OND.
    • Proven work experience in retail sales or a similar role.
    • Preferably female.
    • Not more than 27 years old.
