    Procurement Officer

    What You Will Be Doing:

    Procurement Management

    • Assess purchase requirements in line with budgetary requirements.
    • Carry out sourcing activities per the process as documented in the Procurement manual and policy document.
    • Contribute to the development and formulation of purchasing procedures and practices as required.
    • Purchase negotiations within budgetary confines.
    • Review and process invoices for payment as well as accounts’ reconciliation
    • Purchase order generation via NetSuite and issuance to vendor.
    • Monitor order fulfillment timelines and other terms and conditions as agreed.
    • Participation in specialized projects and assignments related to procurement, as required.

    Inbound and Outbound Logistics

    • Plan, execute and monitor package / parcel movement.
    • Provide required written authorizations for seamless deliveries.

    Vendor Relationship Management

    • Participate in the supplier selection process.
    • Contribute to vendor contract reviews.
    • Supplier onboarding

    What You Need for This Role:

    • A University Degree in one or more of the following areas: Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Accountancy, Logistics or equivalent.
    • Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS) or equivalent Experience will be an advantage.
    • 1 to 2 years buying experience.
    • Flexibility in thinking and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
    • Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office at basic level.
    • Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing.
    • Time and Priority Management Skills.

    Graphic Design Specialist

    What You Will Be Doing:  

    • Deliver a high level of digital brand solutions in a fast-paced sports environment.
    • Work closely with Lead Designer/Head of Design in the output of best-in-class digital design for the KingMakers and BetKing brand, for key campaigns, websites, social media, and product.
    • Translate communication concepts to creative visuals across a 360-degrees execution work stream.
    • Conceptualize creative designs that consistently drives innovative marketing communication.
    • Work with members of the creative unit to evaluate and innovatively refresh marketing communication materials.
    • Deliver creative executions across all communication touch points conventional/digital channels - website, web applications, electronic newsletters, banners, GIFs and other digital media.
    • Interprete and translate communication ideas and concepts into visual contents.
    • Generate finalized design artworks for prints as may be be required from time to time.
    • Adapt approved visual concepts and art directions for use across all channels – both offline and online.
    • Maintain advanced knowledge of software on graphic designs and trends.
    • Provide illustrative concept to supplier-artists, photographers and other content providers whilst directing development of design concepts into art layouts.
    • Develop finished artwork and supervise prints and audio/visual productions. Brainstorm with the broader team to berth creative strategies and concepts.
    • Challenge and refresh creative executions for improved tractions across all channels.
    • Provide creative insight into current design trends and practices and apply to working creative briefs.
    • Contribute to the KingMakers brand portfolio with key creative inputs to help grow and engage our audience.
    • Understand, work with, and contribute to our groups core brand guidelines.
    • Work in a close team of creative designers by providing support and guidance where required.
    • Be a key part of a wider creative studio team, involving designing for animation, video and motion where required.
    • Assist the Head of Creative Design in building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
    • Live and breathe design and the opportunity to always strive for better.

    What You Need for This Role:  

    • Advanced user of Adobe CS software on Mac platform.
    • A strong portfolio showing a thorough understanding and experience in online digital brand design.
    • Ability to design bespoke, original, and refined creative brand solutions.
    • Excellent typographical layout and compositional skills.
    • Experience of working within and executing brand guidelines.
    • Ability and willingness to follow creative direction but also interpret briefs.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced sports environment within established processes.
    • Good problem-solving and communicational skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with an adaptable and positive attitude.
    • Experience supporting other designers and/or freelancers.
    • Sports knowledge.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Knowledge of, or experience in, the online Sports Betting industry
    • Experience in other creative disciplines (Illustration, Motion, Video, 3D) – we have teams that specialize in these areas but the ability to consult or input creative ideas / work alongside them on projects would be beneficial.
