Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock control processes
• Plan warehouse layout and optimize space utilization
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams
• Prepare periodic inventory, performance, and loss-prevention reports
• Ensure proper housekeeping, security, and safety within the warehouse
• Enforce company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices
• Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Description

• We are seeking a competent and reliable Storekeeper to oversee its store operations and maintain proper inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
• Issue materials in accordance with approved requisitions
• Maintain accurate stock records (manual and/or electronic)
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of all items
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Prepare inventory and store reports as required
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE / OND / NCE (additional qualification is an advantage)
• Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
• Good numeracy and record-keeping skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials and goods
• Inspect forklift daily and report faults or maintenance needs
• Ensure proper handling of goods to prevent damage or loss
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and site regulations
• Assist with stock arrangement and general warehouse duties when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE (OND or HND is an added advantage)
• Valid Forklift Operator Certification (mandatory)
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, factory, or construction environment
• Good understanding of safety practices and load limits
• Physically fit and safety-conscious
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
