• Working as a key member of multidisciplinary teams, the Senior Production Technologist contributes to the design and execution of production strategies, mentoring junior staff, and applying industry best practices and new technologies to deliver sustainable value creation.

Minimum Qualification I Experience

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering / Related Technical Disciplines
• A Master's degree in a related technical field is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in oil and gas production, with at least
• 5years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Professional certifications (e.g., SPE, IPEN) are a plus

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of electrical engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Key experience areas include:

• Electrical engineering design activities (FEED, MTO, Functional Design Specification, Load List Calculations, Cable Sizing and Scheduling, UPS Power Distribution Systems, Safety Mechanical Interlocks, Single Line Diagrams, and Technical Bid Reviews).
• Proficiency in electrical engineering software such as ETAP, SKM Power Tools, or Siemens NX.

Requirements

• 25+ years in oilfield services with 8+ years at executive level
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CPA preferred
