ROLE:

• Responsible and cordinates the organizations activities in Lagos/SouthWest, and be able to independently broker trustee transactions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3-5 years as aTrust Officer in a Trustee Company
• First Degree in Law from a reputable Nigerian University.
• Must have been involved in drafting of commercial transaction and documents with clear understanding duties of Trustees Minimum of 3 - 5 years post NYSC experience.

ROLE:

• Responsible for finance and operational activities including financial reporting, tax operations and financial planning.

REQUIREMENTS

• First degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria or MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3-5 years cognate experience as Finance Officer in the financial services sector or the capital market.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, Finance or any related courses.
• ACA LLM (an advantage)
• A SEC registered sponsored officer.
• A minimum of 4 years compliance experience preferably within the Financial Services industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of First Degree in Law from a reputable University.
• Must have been called to the Nigerian Bar.
• 8-10 years experience in the trustee sector in Nigeria, with minimum of 2 years at managerial level.
